【Gratitude Baton 】～感謝のバトン～
I have received gratitude baton from Miyuki Otani.
I state 3 gratitudes per day for 5 days (total 15 gratitudes).
After 5 days, I will give this baton for 3 people.

1日目の感謝
①私の人生という道のり
私は自分の人生を、とても豊かで世界中に出会いの多い人生として経験しています。
私には予測不可能な出来事ばかりで私の人生が形成されている感じです。
面白いと思うのは、この星に住む一人一人が、全員全く違う人生の道のりを歩んでいるということ、そして、その人生のどれもがユニークである、というのもとても興味深いです。
私は私の人生を、私という内側の視点からしか見る事が出来ず、自分の人生にはとても満足していますが、ただ、７３億人もの人たちが、それぞれの人生をその人の視点で今同時に経験している、と想像しようとするだけで圧倒されます。
同時にそれだけの人間が全く違う人生を歩んでいる、という事がどうも現実的に想像しにくいのです。だからこそ、人は互いに理解しようと、感謝や慈しみを分けようとするのかな、と思います。自分以外の他の人に完全になりきるということが不可能だから。
私の人生、という経験をさせていただける道のりがあることに感謝です。
①The journey of my life
I am experiencing my life journey as very rich and full of encounters in the world.
Most of them are beyond and above my expectations.
It really fascinates me that EVERYONE on this planet has their unique life journey, and EVERYONE is different.
I can see the life from my viewpoint which I love, but thinking of that there are 7.3 billions different viewpoints of their lives really fascinates me a lot.
This is unimaginable, but I think that is why we try to understand each other and share our gratitude and compassion because it is impossible to become someone other than me.
I am grateful to have a chance to experience my life journey.
②身体
私にとって身体はとても不思議です。
まず、精子と卵子を混ぜることで人間が出来あがるというのは、とても想像しにくいです。
もし私が、キッチンでそれらを混ぜたところで、絶対に人間にはならないということはわかるので、生命を創り出すには、材料以外の何かとても大きな力が働いているのだと思います。
私の身体も、私が中に入っているので自分のもののように思われますが、それでも身体の各機能について理解していないことの方が多いです。
消化というプロセスも不思議です。
自分が所有してるように思われる身体でも、自分自身で分かっていない事が多いですが、それでもいろんなことを経験させていただける身体が存在してることに感謝です。
②Body
The body is really mysterious to me.
First of all, mixing sperm and egg to produce a person is really really unimaginable.
If I put them together in my kitchen and try to produce a person, I am sure it does not work at all.
So something extraordinary must be happening.
It seems like my body because I am in it, but it is impossible to understand all how they work.
Digestion is very mysterious process too.
Even I do not quite understand the body all, but I am grateful that I have one to experience.
③水
水は、本当に不思議です。
私は、水の博士である江本勝さん（「水の結晶」の著者）のファンで、去年お亡くなりになる前に開かれたニューヨークの講演会にも出席しました。
彼が世の中に残してくれた素晴らしい水の研究と貢献にとても感謝しています。
全ての生命体は、家やお金がなくても生きていこうと思えば生きられるけれども、水がなかったらどの生命体も生きる事が不可能。
水って、全ての生命体にとっての母だな、と思います。
みんな水で出来ている、だから、水を愛する事は、地球に存在する他の生命体を愛する事と同じ。
私は、いつも素敵な水に囲まれてることに感謝します。そして誰もが素敵な水に囲まれて生活することを望みます。
③Water
Water is very very fascinating for me.
I was a big fan of Dr. Emoto Masaru, the author of the water expression, and I also attended his seminar in NYC just before he passed away last year.
I really appreciate his great work and contribution he did to the world.
Any life form can exist without money or house if we need to, but without water, no life form can exist.
What a powerful mother of lives water is.
We are all made from water, so loving water is just like loving other life forms on this planet.
I am so grateful to always have an access for the great water and I wish this for everyone.
